“I was blessed to grow up making dumplings with my Mama, in a tiny apartment in Hong Kong. Not only is she the best cook, but she also taught me how one should respect beautiful ingredients and always let simple flavours shine. I want to share my mum’s home cooking experience with you, using the best, freshest and most ethical ingredients we can find in Aotearoa.” – Vicky Ha, the Queen of Dumplings.

Founded in 1993 in New Zealand, ecostore offers eco-friendly household and personal care products. With a focus on plant and mineral-based ingredients, we started life with the ethos of putting people’s health first and giving them the choice to live clean. As one of our first export markets, ecostore is proud to have been active in Hong Kong for 15 years and remains committed to offering safer and sustainable consumer products and retail experiences to our customers there.
Amisfield was established in 1988 and is a Central Otago based specialist producer of Pinot Noir and aromatic white wines, grown and produced on their single vineyard estate, situated beneath the glacially sculpted Pisa mountain range. All 92ha of Amisfield’s vineyard is certified organic by BioGro New Zealand and viticulture is managed holistically with a focus on nurturing soils, vines and habitats – this, combined with a rugged inland location and an extreme semi-continental climate yields wines of remarkable purity, intensity and vibrancy. A state-of-the-art, purpose-built winery is the focal point of the vineyard and is designed to enable winemakers to craft wines with minimal intervention and as naturally as possible.
We look forward to seeing you there!
