Benny is the founder of United Portfolio (www.unitedportfolio.co.nz), a fast growing development consultancy firm in Auckland, committed to delivering successful residential and commercial projects of all sizes. The company’s key focus is development management.
Before founding United Portfolio, Benny began his journey as a boutique residential property developer since 2013, with a strong focus in Auckland’s Eastern suburbs. His projects are among the popular areas such as Howick, Botany Downs, Aucklands Beach, Sunnyhills, Royal Oak and Meadowland. With an emphasis on quality over quantity, Benny’s projects quickly gained traction for their thoughtful design and strategic locations.
Armed with academic achievements including a Master’s Degree in Construction Management (Distinction) and an MBA specializing in leadership and strategic planning, Benny blends knowledge with practicality.
Outside of work, Benny enjoys spending time with family and friends. He particularly enjoys exchanging ideas about business and wisdom, over a few glasses of whisky on Friday nights, with small groups of friends who enjoy the same. Benny also loves badminton and karaoke.
