In May, HKNZBA hosted a Property Seminar with Bayleys Real Estate Ltd in Auckland and Wellington.
Mr John Chow, the Director of Chow Group, presented his “rags to riches” story of how he was able to go from nought to $200 million property portfolio in 25 years. He is the only Chinese person on the New Zealand rich list.
Mr Ian Little, Senior Manager of Research at Bayleys, also presented a property market overview. Bayleys’ Research Division tracks trends impacting all property sectors across New Zealand and publishes reports on its findings as well as presenting them to franchise partners, industry groups, building owners and tenants. Ian’s wealth of experience and expertise is often sought by a wide range of media outlets.
