Ian Little, Senior Manager, Research, Bayleys Real Estate
Ian has 30 years’ experience in the property market working in both the UK and New Zealand. He has worked at Bayleys since February 2003, having emigrated from the UK. Following two years in the company’s property management department where he was the senior Body Corporate Secretary Ian transferred to the Research Division and took on the role of divisional manager in late 2014.
The Research Division tracks trends impacting all property sectors across New Zealand and publishes reports on its findings as well as presenting them to franchise partners, industry groups, building owners and tenants.
The views of Ian and his colleagues in the research division are regularly sought by a wide range of media outlets both print and radio.
